Refund & Exchange Policy

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help. Please review our policy carefully.

General Return Conditions

  • Eligibility Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Proof of Purchase: All returns must be accompanied by a valid receipt, packing slip, or order confirmation number.
  • Condition of Item: Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are exempt from being returned due to their nature:

  • Opened or Used Products: Any chemical, wax, polish, coating, or other liquid/paste product that has been opened, used, or had its factory seal broken cannot be returned for a refund or exchange due to potential contamination and safety concerns.
  • Sale/Clearance Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund. Sale or clearance items are final sale.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds. All gift card purchases are final.

Returns for Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective product (e.g., a sprayer doesn't work, a towel is ripped) or it was damaged during shipping.

  • Contact Us Immediately: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide Documentation: We require photos or videos of the defective/damaged item and the original packaging.
  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will promptly ship a replacement item free of charge or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact Customer Service: Email us or call us at +1 888-574-4631. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Package and Ship: Securely package the items with original packaging and ship to: LSD Market, 19 Waterman Ave #8, East York, ON M4B 1Y2.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Returns: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (see section above). If you need to exchange an unopened item for a different product, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
